🚚 Shipping Coverage
We currently ship all over India. Whether you are in a metro city or a remote village, we aim to reach your doorstep.
⏱ Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed after 5 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation once your order is processed and shipped.
📦 Shipping Time
Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery times may vary during holidays, sales, or due to courier delays.
💸 Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping charge of ₹70 applies.
Cash on Delivery (COD) may include an extra handling charge, which will be displayed at checkout
💳 Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can track your order using the courier’s website or our tracking page.
❗ Delayed or Lost Shipments

🚫 Incorrect Address
E-MART.IN is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. Please double-check your address before placing an order.
📦 Damaged Packages
If your package appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery, please:
1. Refuse the delivery or accept with caution.
2. Take photos and videos immediately.
3. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
